• Customer support and transaction assistance

3. Eligibility and account registration

Eligibility requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be legally authorized to use cryptocurrency services in the UAE
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Account security

Transaction limits

• Daily transaction limit: 100,000 AED (subject to verification level)
• Minimum transaction amount: 500 AED
• Higher limits available for verified business accounts

Exchange rates and fees

• Exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction confirmation
• Delivery fees: Standard (250 AED), VIP (400 AED), Butler Service (500 AED)
• All fees are clearly displayed before transaction confirmation
• Rates and fees are subject to change without prior notice

Transaction process

1. Submit transaction request through our platform
2. Transfer cryptocurrency to our secure wallet address
3. Await transaction confirmation and processing
4. Receive cash delivery at specified location
5. Confirm receipt and complete transaction

5. Delivery terms

Delivery timeframes

• Standard Delivery: Within 4 hours of transaction confirmation
• VIP Delivery: Within 1 hour of transaction confirmation
• Butler Service: Within 2 hours of transaction confirmation

Delivery requirements

• Valid government-issued ID required for cash receipt
• Recipient must be present at delivery location
• Delivery address must be within Dubai city limits
• Signature confirmation required for all deliveries
